Yoursafe Sponsored-IBAN is a European-proven solution that enables sponsors to distribute funds efficiently to beneficiaries while maintaining full control. Each beneficiary receives a unique IBAN, visible exclusively in the Sponsor Tool. Sponsors decide whether to share the IBAN with beneficiaries, ensuring secure and controlled fund management. This innovative approach empowers sponsors while offering beneficiaries safe access to financial support.

Each beneficiary gains access to secure card payments, empowering them to manage their funds digitally, without the need for cash distritbutions. Whether it's purchasing essentials or accessing local services, the card ensures convenience and inclusion while maintaining control over spending.

The Yoursafe App, available on Android and iOS, allows all beneficiaries to check their balance and transactions.

Configurable payment solutions

Sponsors can configure how beneficiaries use their funds, from ATM withdrawals to card payments and online purchases. Restriction options ensure that funds are spent appropriately while preserving beneficiary privacy and dignity. Flexibility meets accountability with tailored payment settings.

A solution built for integration in societies

After a Sponsorship is ended, beneficiaries can use their Sponsored-IBAN and their connected Visa card at other Sponsors throughout Europe. The unique Alias Token - printed on the front side of the Yoursafe Visa Card - allows easy migration from one Sponsor to another.

If no new Sponsorship is available, beneficiaries can upgrade to a full payment account under the EU Payment Account Directive. After upgrading, they get full access to their IBAN, allowing them to send and receive payments.

Proven success: Over 130,000 cards issued to asylum seekers at COA

Yoursafe Sponsored-IBAN is trusted by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA), a governmental institution in the Netherlands, where over 130,000 cards have been successfully issued to asylum seekers. This large-scale implementation showcases the platform's ability to provide secure, efficient, and dignified financial solutions. Beneficiaries can access funds digitally via their cards while sponsors maintain control through the Sponsor Tool. The COA use case highlights Yoursafe Sponsored-IBANs reliability in supporting vulnerable groups, empowering them with seamless financial access and integration into local communities.

Two Sponsor options: Advanced and Regular

Yoursafe Sponsored-IBAN caters to both Advanced Sponsors and Regular Sponsors. Regular Sponsors, managing less than 25,000 cards, benefit from free-of-charge services. Only a nominal fee applies for cards (plastic and virtual) and PIN codes. Advanced Sponsors, handling larger volumes and requiring deeper IT integration, enjoy tailored support and enhanced features.

For our service, there is no need for lengthy tender processes — we already have several non-tender agreements in place, such as those with the German Landkreise currently using the Regular Sponsor service.
